Materials & Construction…
The deck is supported by premium sono-tube concrete footings and framed with pressure-treated lumber, providing a strong and reliable structural foundation. For the surface, we installed Fiberon Sanctuary® decking, a high-performance composite product known for its durability, low maintenance, and natural appearance.
The decking features a double-border picture frame detail, adding visual definition and reinforcing the custom nature of the build. Color selection was intentionally layered, using Espresso and Latte tones to create contrast while maintaining a warm, cohesive aesthetic.
