The structure is framed entirely with pressure-treated lumber, providing long-term durability and resistance to the elements. The floor was finished with tongue-and-groove pressure-treated decking, delivering a classic look with solid performance for a covered outdoor space.
For safety and visual balance, the railing system combines pressure-treated wood posts and rails with black powder-coated aluminum balusters, creating a clean contrast that complements both the home and the porch’s modern details.
Overhead, a standing seam metal roof was installed, offering superior longevity and a refined architectural finish while enhancing weather protection for year-round use.
