Design Cost: starts at $1000 for basic designs.
Cost per Square Foot: estimate includes decking new frame, surface, up to 30 linear feet of railing for every 100 sq ft, assumed height of 36 inch grade. Demo not included.
Pressure Treated Wood: $60 per square foot.
Low Grade Composite: $90 per square foot.
Mid Grade Composite: $120 per square foot.
High Grade Composite: $150 per square foot.
